Qi Gong is rooted in traditional Chinese medicine and involves a combination of gentle movements, breathing exercises, and meditation to promote overall health and well-being. QiGong is a low-impact exercise that can help improve balance, flexibility, strength and cognition. Often practiced to enhance general well-being, increase energy levels, and reduce stress. Regular practice is shown to have a positive effect on longevity and quality of life.

Holographic Sound is an expansion of sound or music vibration into its sacred geometric, multidimensional and infinite form. During meditation Qi will be directed toward the patient using focused intention, breathwork, and hand movements. Techniques such as purging, tonifying, and regulating Qi are used to remove stagnant energy, replenish deficiencies, and restore balance and flow.
